Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Publications
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce and maintain various types of documentation, including
Release Notes, User Guides, and API Developer Guides
Create client aids beyond traditional documentation, such as online
videos and demos
Gather customer feedback to enhance documentation usability and
ensure consistency
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or related field with
1-2 years of experience OR 3-5 years of experience in-lieu of
degree
2-5 years of Technical Writing experience
Experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process
Working knowledge of SaaS and financial industry is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and MadCap suite of content
management/publishing tools preferred
