A company is looking for a Staff Business Solution Engineer,
Collaboration Products.
Key Responsibilities:
Align with business groups on strategic vision and priorities,
serve as a liaison between business and technology
Lead business requirements gathering sessions, analyze processes,
and drive productivity through process improvements
Collaborate with technical team to translate business requirements
into technical designs and solutions
Required Qualifications:
9+ years of experience with SaaS technologies for internal
employees
Established effective business partnerships within and outside the
organization
Manage customer relationships to gather business requirements and
support needs fulfillment
Experience in technical environment and ability to communicate
technical concepts effectively
Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in
collaboration technologies
