Product Support Engineer

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Product Support Engineer to diagnose issues and manage data import projects.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot complex application issues and provide solutions or escalate as needed
Develop SQL scripts and custom reports based on customer requirements
Create and maintain internal process documents

Required Qualifications

Familiarity with relational database concepts and SQL
Understanding of object-oriented programming languages
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
Experience with troubleshooting complex applications
Experience or education related to .NET web application development (preferred)
