  • Lead reverse engineering initiatives, conducting material analysis and precise part metrology to design replacement parts for internal repairs.
  • Utilize parametric modeling and GD&T skills to develop minor/major repair specifications and alternate parts for repair and new product development. -Manage project schedules effectively, ensuring timely progress and issue resolution, and provide detailed project status reports.
    • Establish and maintain strategic vendor relationships to support repair/PMA supply chain needs.
    • Develop FAA conformity documentation, liaising with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
    • Provide technical guidance to support business development efforts and prepare engineering cost estimates.Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Engineering or related fields.
      • Proven project management experience.
      • Proficiency in parametric modeling software and drafting.
      • Expertise in product design and reverse engineering processes.
