Position Summary: Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating municipal construction and maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities: Respond to public and developer inquiries regarding engineering, construction, and legal requirements.
Supervise engineering surveys, plans, and specifications for construction projects.
Maintain accurate engineering records
Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed during all engineering operations.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
Experience in municipal engineering, construction, or a related field, with supervisory experience preferred.

Desired Qualifications: Proficient in CAD software and other engineering tools.
Strong knowledge of water and sewer systems, paving, grading, stormwater management, and construction methods.
Familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations, including environmental and safety compliance.

Skills and Abilities: Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly.
Ability to make sound engineering decisions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Must possess a valid Oklahoma driver's license.
