Job Title: Director Ambulatory Surgery CenterINTEGRIS Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our Ambulatory Surgery Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the ASC, ensuring compliance with all applicable standards and regulations.About the Role:

• Lead the ASC's clinical, financial, regulatory, quality, and human resources aspects.
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Develop and implement strategic goals, objectives, and initiatives that align with the ASC's mission, vision, and values.
• Manage the ASC's budget, revenue, expenses, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as accreditation and certification standards.Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in health administration, nursing, business, or related field.
  • Minimum of five years of progressive management experience in an ambulatory surgical center, hospital, or other healthcare setting.
  • Current and valid license or certification in nursing, administration, or other relevant field.
  • Knowledge of ambulatory surgery, endoscopy, and healthcare administration principles and practices.
  • Strategic planning, problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
