Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a -Travel - Physical Therapist
Shift: Days, 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40hrs per week, Mon-Fri
Length: 13 Weeks
1 -weekend a month
Requirements:

• OK is part of the PT compact privilege states
• 1 Year inpatient rehab or acute experience - -Physical Therapy Experience Required
• BLS
• Degree in Physical Therapy required
• Crisis Prevention training (TEAM) required within 6 months of hire (PRN-N/A)
• Primary Source On-Line Verification -required
• Doctor of Philosophy (Ph. D.) -Minimum Degree Required
• First Aid certification preferredMust live 50 miles away

  Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
