We support our clinicians in building a thriving and profitable caseload upon a culture of values of innovation, professionalism, and healthy work/life balance.We seek licensed mental health therapists - LCPC, LCSW, LMFT for full-time positions in our Oklahoma City, Oklahoma locations.Clinicians have the option of onsite or hybrid scheduling.Compensation:The salary range for this position is $52,400 to $80,000 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.Requirements:Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling fieldIndependent mental health license in OklahomaWorking towards licensure (Must be a candidate)Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and familiesSolid computer and basic technology skillsDemonstrated a history of professional growth and developmentSelf-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clientsBeneficial Skills & Experience:Competent with a wide range of clinical requisitionsExperience with children or adolescentsExperience with couples or family counselingExperience with health psychologyAdvantages:Strong rates to maximize your incomeMalpractice insurance providedPaid time offWill pay for supervision for full-time employees onlyAbout Advanced Therapy AssociatesAdvanced Therapy Associates (ATA) is a premier mental health organization with 3 locations in Tulsa, Oklahoma City, and Shawnee.
