• Employment Type: TravelSTART 11/5/24 PEDIATRIC ER - REQUIRED: MINIMUMOF TWO YEARS'STRONG PEDIATRIC or ER W/PEDIATRIC PATIENT POPULATION EXPERIENCE. REQUIRE EPIC EXPERIENCE in recent past. This is a very busy 23 bed Pediatric ER department, receivingminor to high level acuity patient population with age range of newborn to age17, open 24/7. The average daily patient flow is 65 patients/day and thedepartment may have contact caring for COVID patients. Pediatric Trauma patients will be referred tothe main 'adult' ER. Strong pediatric assessment, IV, lab draw skills required. Candidates MUST have PALS (AHA) and BLS (AHA). Our 1000 bed facility houses a 55-bed adult ERreceiving Level I trauma patients. *Safety Sensitive Job. Candidates musttake and pass Basic Dysrrhythmia, and general Medication tests on first day.
