• Orthopedics - Spine
• General Medical-Surgical - North Campus -
• Cardio/Pulmonary/Renal -
• Oncology Neurology -Start datesStart dates for new graduate RN Residents are weekly throughout the year. You start orientation as a licensed RN eligible to practice in Oklahoma. -Incentives/benefits -
  • RN Loan Forgiveness program to aid in paying your RN student loan debt
    • Up to $370 per month directly towards loan payments ($20,000 cap)
    • Must start with Mercy within 12 months of graduation date.
    • At least 24 hours of PTO (frontload) available after department orientation
    • Tuition Reimbursement up to $2,000 annually for continuing education
    • Shift differential 3.25 evenings/4.00 nights/4.00 weekends

      • Required Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
      • License: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
