REQUIREMENTS:

• Shall have a current license to the practice medicine in any State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia.
  
• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
  
• Shall be technically proficient in the skills necessary to fulfill the government---s requirements, including the ability to speak, understand, read, write, and type English fluently.
  
• Shall provide copy of current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) certificate.
