Executive Chef Opportunity at Norman Regional Health SystemWe are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at Norman Regional Health System. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all food production activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving strategic direction for our culinary operations.Responsibilities:

• Food Production and Operations: Direct daily food operations, including menu planning, procurement, inventory management, and food preparation.
• Culinary Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing culinary team, providing technical expertise and training to Sous Chefs and production staff.
• Financial Management: Manage the food budget, controlling costs and ensuring compliance with budget parameters.
• Employee Development: Foster a culture of growth and development, creating opportunities for employee advancement and exceptional patient and customer service.
• Collaboration and Communication: Establish and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional teams, ensuring a unified food service experience for patients, visitors, and employees.Requirements:
  • Education: Associate's degree in Culinary Arts required; ServSafe certification required; additional culinary training or certification desired (ACF).
  • Experience: Minimum three years of experience in a large food preparation and delivery institution; minimum three years of experience in a culinary leadership capacity.
  • Licensure/Certification: ServSafe certification required; ACF certification desired.Benefits:
