Job Description:

Description: Responsibilities:- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with them throughout their dining experience- Process payments and handle cash transactions using the POS system- Assist with cleaning and sanitizing tables, chairs, and dining areas- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to increase salesRequirements:- Previous experience as a server or in a similar customer service role is preferred- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices- Excellent customer service and communication skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a teamSkills:- Help: Assisting guests with their needs and providing excellent customer service.- Sanitate: Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area.- Sales: Upselling menu items and promoting daily specials to increase sales.- Math: Handling cash transactions, calculating bills, and making change accurately.- Food safety: Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.- Customer service: Providing exceptional service to ensure guest satisfaction.- Guest relations: Building positive relationships with guests through attentive service.- Guest services: Meeting guest needs and addressing any concerns or issues.- POS: Operating the point-of-sale system for order processing and payment handling.- Hospitality: Creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.Please note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as needed.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: From $2.13 per hourBenefits:Employee discountFlexible scheduleShift:Night shiftWork Location: In person Chandler Hospitality Group provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, gender identity, genetics, or veteran status.
