Job SummaryProkatchers is seeking a travel Cardiovascular Technologist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care.Key Responsibilities

• Perform a diverse range of diagnostic, interventional, and surgical procedures in accordance with established scope of practice guidelines.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and other members of the multidisciplinary care team to identify and implement the actions necessary to achieve clinical outcomes, operational goals, and service expectations.
• Utilize highly specialized cardiovascular and/or radiologic equipment and techniques to perform procedures.
• Conduct post-procedure review to confirm that all required elements are completed, documented, and that technical quality is consistent with established department protocols and/or applicable accreditation standards.
• Transfer images and data to the appropriate archival systems, enter technical data/findings, and prepare study for reporting by physician.
• Perform operator-level quality control checks, cleaning, high-level disinfecting, and other user maintenance per manufacturer instructions for use and other regulatory guidelines.Requirements
  • Associate's degree or higher in a primary cardiovascular or radiologic technology specialty.
  • Graduate of a CAAHEP accredited educational program or successful completion of Paramedic training program.
  • ARRT Cardiovascular Interventional Radiography (CV) certification or successful completion of Paramedic training program within 12 months of hire date.
