Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment
plans.Implementation: Oversee the implementation of behavior
intervention plans by our team of RBTs.Training & Supervision:
Mentor and provide guidance to RBTs and other staff
members.Collaboration: Work closely with families, and other
professionals to ensure comprehensive care.Qualifications:Board
Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.Strong analytical
and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and
interpersonal abilities.Passion for improving the lives of
